1. Support
Schwab RT is committed to delivering responsive and professional support. The support team has extensive experience in employee benefits administration, recordkeeping, and technical/network administration. Many on staff have professional designations from American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA) and Microsoft.

2. Consulting services
Our experienced Schwab RT consultants associate with the client's staff to share their product and business knowledge and provide three distinct services:

• Technical Consulting, including an analysis of SQL database, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Application Consulting, including conversion assistance and programming help for client reports and statements.
• Practice Consulting, including an evaluation of existing processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and product adoption.

3. Training and education
Schwab RT brings training to your desktop through virtual classes using state-of-the-art webcast technology for interactive sessions conducted over the Internet. With a staff of seasoned technical support experts, the goal is to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our clients by continually offering quality training.

Schwab RT also offers instructor-led classes on the entire suite of products throughout the year at our training center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our instructors can also create custom training solutions. Schwab RT provides a superb learning experience from basic plan-processing skills to understanding the operational do's and don'ts of offering a self-directed brokerage investment option. Whether it's a one-hour discussion or a four-day workshop, helping students feel comfortable and engaged in the process is the key to producing a positive learning outcome.
