SQL Recordkeeping
|
A custom tailored 4-5 day course is offered to employee benefits professionals
who are new to processing and desire hands-on training. Agenda items include
system, plan, and participant level configurations which govern the rules for
processing, typical daily activities, processes, loan processing, adding and
modifying participant data, processing contributions, error corrections,
reporting, contribution allocation, transfers, distributions and more.
Recommended for individuals whose responsibilities include general system
maintenance, plan setup functions and day-to-day processing, as well as those
individuals who are new to the Recordkeeping system and require a high level
overview of Schwab RT's product.

SQL Migration Seminar
|
This is an all day event that will take you through the migration process and
include an opportunity for you to get specific guidance with your company
reports on how to plan to covert to SQL. You will leave with a personalized
implementation strategy for your organization. You will understand the
misconceptions—what's fact and what's fiction, overcome the hurdles, minimize
your exposure when migrating onto the SQL Recordkeeping (SQL RK) platform. Hear
about lessons learned from client experiences, system improvements that were
made to facilitate the migration process, advances in product functionality only
available via SQL RK, and our development philosophy.

Technical Workshop
|
This 3-1/2 day course has been updated to include several topics centered on the
new MS SQL Recordkeeping product. These include MS SQL Server version selection,
system migration strategy, development options, and MS SQL Server maintenance.
Additionally, the Technical Workshop provides a comprehensive education on the
various diagnostic and troubleshooting tips used to maximize system "up" time
and on accessing Recordkeeping's core files via Reports and Visual Basic/Active
X Controls. This class covers requirements and acceptable configurations
for Recordkeeping, Voice and Web. The class also covers Remote Processing and
the use of Microsoft Windows NT/2000 as platform,
as well as other ancillary products that are beneficial to end-users. Hands-on
is emphasized throughout the class.
